Original Artworks All original artworks are sold as-is and are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the unique nature of original art, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the work arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will work to find a resolution.
Art Prints My art prints are produced and fulfilled by a trusted third-party print partner. I accept returns on art prints within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not accept returns on prints that have been framed or altered. Sale-priced prints are final sale and non-returnable.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at dau-daw@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos ā I will handle it from there.
Commissioned Artworks Commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun. A deposit is required to start the commission, and the remaining balance is due upon completion. If you wish to cancel before production begins, the deposit may be refunded at my discretion. I will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.
Damaged or Defective Items If any item arrives damaged, please contact me at dau-daw@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Initiate a Return Email me at dau-daw@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from me.
