ELEPHANTIDAE is the family of majestic, plant-eating mammals known as elephants and mammoths. Instead of countries, LAND OF ELEPHANTS is divided into the ten genera that elephantidae consists of, with cities bearing the names of the species within each genus. This allows you to explore the animal kingdom just like you would explore a traditional map. This particular map was created in the image of the AFRICAN ELEPHANT, meaning the shape of this land was dictated by this animals unique physical features - all drawn from scratch.

These trees have then been converted into the colorful format of cartography, in an attempt to symbolize the essential yet delicate bond between animals and their natural habitats.
